Discovery

Discovery meeting. We have a comprehensive question tree to identify and drill down into the most urgent needs and understand any underlying concerns that may prevent needed changes.

We will also interview personnel as needed.

We present program outlines. You select where you want to start and we go to work.
We can handle the writing, video production, LMS development and all other tasks needed to deploy world-class programs to your people.

Duration: 6 Weeks+

Implementation

Following your guidance and comfort level, we begin implementation. Meeting with key personnel, establishing roll-out plats, timelines, providing materials and putting new programs in place in viable and natural ways.
