When Covid restrictions shut down in-person training sessions at client facilities, Alletrust turned to Lecticon to develop effective online training alternative.

Since the product launch in 2020, Alletrust has generated more than $600,000 in new sales of their online products developed by Lecticon.

The effectiveness of the courses measured by compliance and completion of assignment by participants has increased from less than 20% from in-person participants to more than 85% in those participating in the online version.

Lecticon's educational technology team created an online learning platform tailored to the needs of AlleTrust customers. Customer applications required a focus on ease of use and hierarchical registration.

Lecticon's product team captured and optimized AlleTrust’s excellent training materials for online delivery.

Lecticon's instructional designers integrated interactions into the online sessions to ensure that every participant engages on every question presented by the facilitator.

Lecticon's instructional designers integrated journaling tools into the program to provide each participant with an enduring record of their thoughts and commitments.

Lecticon's development team automated quarterly follow-up for every participant to gauge compliance with commitments they recorded in their journal.

I really appreciated the instructor most of all. He hit it home when he said that this course wasn’t about work, it wasn’t about him, but rather it was about us, and what we take out of this. A few of the analogies he used were amazing, and some of the videos really spoke to me. 10/10 would recommend..

Companies engaging AlleTrust have seen accident rates decrease by as much as 80%.  Their Legacy Through Safety for upper management, the Leadership Through Safety for middle management, and their Culture Through Safety for all team members have been instrumental in decreasing accident rates by as much as 80%.

The popular Culture Through Safety course has been delivered by AlleTrust instructors and by customer employees trained and certified by AlleTrust. 

There were some frustrations with in-person sessions that needed to be addressed.

  • Some instructors were more effective than others.
  • Group scheduling often conflicted with client’s production objectives
  • The overhead costs of classroom experience; The time spent before and after classes, the inefficient use of classroom time allowing for breaks, distribution of materials etc.
  • Reporting on participation was a completely manual process.
  • Quarterly follow-up was difficult to manage

AlleTrust’s interactive online Culture Through Safety course streamlined the learning experience. Participants are engaged and required to respond to every question posed by the Instructor. Each participant creates a personal journal as they progress through the course. Each participant receives a quarterly reminder of their experience and a check-in on the commitments made by the participants. and de each participant with an enduring record of their experience. Automated follow-up tools remind the participants quarterly of the commitments they have made to keep themselves and their team members safe.

AlleTrust provided hierarchical reporting online to enable managers to view participants’ progress with just a few clicks.

I felt the material was presented in a refreshing way and I liked they way people told stories and examples from their lives that related to the point. Relating the information to a story is easier for me to connect to and I will remember it better.
